Release Apache SkyWalking Client JS 1.1.0

SkyWalking Client JS 1.1.0 is released. Go to downloads page to find release tars.

1. Optimze E2E.
2. Bump up dependencies.
3. Add the NPM_TOKEN for publishing.
4. Optimize the XHR interceptor to preserve the prototype chain by setting the prototype of custom constructor.
5. Fix metric name and value.
